1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EachOtter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EachOtter is a relationship management platform that helps you maintain meaningful connections through contact management, reminders, group coordination (Rafts), gift tracking, and calendar integration.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google or Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use EachOtter for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you add to EachOtter (contacts, reminders, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your content at any time.

6. Subscription Plans

EachOtter offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

EachOtter integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Contacts), Facebook, and Twilio (SMS). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

EachOtter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed reminders, SMS delivery failures, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
